How do you ensure the freshness of the meat during delivery?
All orders are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with reusable gel ice packs to ensure your meat stays chilled at the optimal temperature until it reaches your doorstep.
Where is your meat sourced from?
We take pride in sourcing 100% of our beef, lamb, and pork from trusted local Irish farms, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and traceability from farm to fork.
What are your delivery days and locations?
We deliver across the greater Dublin area Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed before 12 PM are typically eligible for next-day delivery.
Can I freeze the products I receive?
Yes, our meat is delivered fresh (never previously frozen) and is suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing on the day of delivery for the best quality.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or a mistake was made, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer custom butchery cuts?
Absolutely. If you have a specific request for a certain thickness or a particular cut not listed on our site, please leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout.
