If your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately check your meat products for any signs of damage, temperature issues, or discrepancies against your order receipt.
- 2.Contact Our Team
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing our Dublin shop with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- 3.Storage Requirements
Keep the product in its original vacuum-sealed packaging and store it in a refrigerator or freezer while your claim is being processed by our quality control team.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement cut via express courier at no additional cost.
